Govin explained the process and did each step carefully. Appreciate the help to clean my mattresses. My mattresses were visibly cleaner and whiter after the session. However he did explain that certain types of stains were not possible to be removed.

Cleaner(Govin) was clear in explaining the cleaning process. Where there are stains that can’t be removed, he will inform and demonstrate that he has tried his best to remove it. Cleaner will clean up and make sure area around the bed is dry and clean before leaving

Great experience with DW Sofa Cleaning! Govin was extremely meticulous and ensured that every part of our sofa was cleaned thoroughly. We observed many times where he cleaned certain spots over again without us even saying anything as he wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness. Before he left, he even ensured to clean up areas which he has used and left our house in exactly the same condition as before. Our sofa is super clean now for the new year, thank you! Would recommend them and would definitely be a repeat customer 🙂

Happy to find this company to wash my fabric sofa. Love my sofa a lot but fabric cannot be removed to be washed. Found this service by DW. Contacted them on Sunday evening and made an appointment for Monday morning! Such speedy response! Govin brought along professional devices and did a thorough job of washing the sofa. Will book this service again!

I had a pleasant experience with the customer service personnel who arranged for me an appointment for mattress cleaning service as well as the technician, Govind, who came to clean my mattress. I contacted DW in the morning and I was lucky to have a slot later on the same day. Govind was approachable and professional. He took time to explain the steps of the mattress cleaning before he started the cleaning. He also answered my queries with patience. I will definitely engage DW for other services such as sofa cleaning etc.

We have two young kids who still wet the bed time to time so we like to get our mattesss cleaned every 9-12 months. Technician came on time and was very polite and professional. Arrived 9.15, got to work promptly, finished in 2.5 hours. Dana went through with me the process and answered all questions I had for him. The cleaning was thorough and I am pleasantly surprised the stubborn stains could go off. Both Dana & Mani were worked hard with the cleaning, very satisfied with the work.
